1. What if something goes wrong with the surgery at the Hospital, or complications after the surgery?
We know that because we have assembled a very experienced professional medical team we have vastly reduced the risk of complications. We also reduce the risk by having the Doctor screen every potential paitent to make sure they are a good candidate for the chosen procedure. In the very rare case that complications appear the doctors have a complete contingence plan. Our hospitals have a complete emergency team able to assist in any potential complications.
2. How can I make sure I will be taken care of?
Go Mexico Medical works directly with the hospitals and clinics to insure that every question and concern is addressed. Because you decide to have your procedure done in Mexico does not mean you need to make sacrifices in any area.
3. How do I communicate with Go Mexico Medical?
Go Mexico Medical has toll-free numbers in the US and Mexico. Although we also offer a video conference, phone conference or via emails. Communication continues thought out your entire stay in Mexico. Upon your arrival you will have 24 hour access to the Go Mexico Medical team by calling your personal assist.
4. Who are the strongest candidates for our Medical Procedures?
Anyone who would like to improve their health, such as heart or orthopaedic surgery.
5. Is the procedure covered under any insurance plans?
We advise that you speak with your insurance company. We do not bill insurance companies, but will provide proof of payment for your claim. Their are also alternative medical loan companies which we would be more than happy to refer to them.
6. Must I advise my doctor?
We suggest that you inform your physician of your consideration to receive medical treatment in Mexico. Go Mexico Medical can arrange for correspondence between the surgeon and your physician if requested or required.
7. May I choose a Doctor or Physician?
Yes, we will provide a list of Doctors with all their credentials, we will also arrange a conference call if you so desire.
